Booking, Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Booking Policy

Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be made online.
Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify immediately of any discrepancies.
Payment: Full payment required at booking.
Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled service without prior notification will be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of any payments made.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule Window: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, subject to availability.
Reschedule Fee: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible at your preferred time.

Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment malfunction, inclement weather). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
