Alignment & Intention

This event focuses on cultivating internal balance. You’ll be guided to align your energy centers in support of your New Year’s vision, with the soothing resonance of Tibetan bowls and the pure, calming presence of crystals enhancing the experience.

Please note that this session is offered as an individual, women‑only event.

For the session, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water bottle. These help you stay comfortable, supported, and hydrated throughout the experience. All of these items will also be provided on-site, so feel free to bring your own or use what’s available.
