Full Moon / Month-End Sound Bath

Close out the first month of the year with a total system reset.

Reflect, release, and renew. Seal in your January progress and prepare for February with a full-body sound immersion.

Please note that this session is offered as an individual, women‑only event.

For the session, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water bottle. These help you stay comfortable, supported, and hydrated throughout the experience. All of these items will also be provided on-site, so feel free to bring your own or use what’s available.
